Boardroom

Our large boardroom seats 8 people comfortably. It comes fitted with a large round table, 8 chairs, Apple TV, Logitech camera and ClearOne Chat 150 Speakerphone unit

Meeting Room

Our meeting room seats 4 people comfortably. It comes fitted with a round table, 4 chairs, a digital screen with Apple TV and Logitech camera.

Kitchen/Lounge

The centre of all the action at The Watershed, our Kitchen features lounge-style seating, a large kitchen island, fridge, microwaves, two dishwashers, kitchenware and locally-sourced beverages.

Phone Booths

We have two phone booths available on a first-come, first serve basis. Each is equipped with a chair and table.

Design Space

Our Design Space is a large 3000 sq. ft., open space that features wall-to-wall windows for an abundance of natural light, movable whiteboard walls with markers, Herman Miller chairs and AV capabilities. Available for rental, price on request.

FAQs

Basic hours are 9-5pm. However if you have a hot desk membership, dedicated desk membership or private office, you will have a fob and can access the building 24/7.

With your membership, you can book either the Small Meeting Room or the Boardroom. Bookings can be made directly through your membership account by using meeting room credits.

Yes! Guests may join members for a meeting at any time (during business hours) but must be invited and hosted by the member of The Watershed. In the event that you are having a meeting with more than one guest, or for more than 30 minutes, booking of a meeting room is recommended.

If your guest is interested in trying out the space for a day, please let them know that we offer the ‘First Day Free’! After that, they will need to get a day pass for $25 or become a member.

We love our pets and we’d probably love yours, but we ask that you kindly leave them safely at home.
