We are more than just a
coworking space.

Welcome to the Lakes. Our aim is to provide an oasis in the middle of the hustle of Downtown Toronto as a comfortable and creative workspace that welcomes individuals from a variety of backgrounds, with emphasis on knowledge sharing, focus and productivity.

What makes us different? The Lakes is home to Canada’s leading collaborative design firm, Watershed Partners. Watershed has a vision for making collaborative tools accessible to a broader group of community stakeholders who are committed to improving conditions for success across the Toronto business ecosystem.

The design of our environments are informed by a variety of innovative collaborative approaches geared to understanding problems and finding solutions. Whether you are an executive working remotely, a start-up preparing for your series A round, individuals or teams working in our environment, you will have the opportunity to learn better ways of approaching problems and making decisions.

Situated across from Nathan Phillips Square and few blocks away from Union Station, Watershed offers 6 private offices and 34 Dedicated Desks, along with a variety of first-come, first serve Hot Desks. We are also proud to offer a “Design Space”, featuring 2500sq. feet of open floor space with whiteboards and armature specifically designed to help facilitate collaborative gatherings. You’ll also find a small meeting room and a large boardroom available for booking.

With high quality desks and seating, Green Republic coffee always brewing, a selection of Sloane speciality teas, high-speed wifi and sweeping views of downtown Toronto — you’ll be inspired to leave the comforts of your home or the confines of the coffee shop.

The Watershed’s Collaborative Work Environment is perched above the city on 19th floor at 65 Queen St. W. with a stunning view in a prime area of downtown Toronto. We’re blocks away from City Hall, Union Station, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops and cafes. And yes… we are connected to the PATH.
